@Le_B0sS fr that's what I always try to tell diamond who think they are better then me because they can triple flip reset or sum like that...Alright nice you spent 200 hours learning how to do that and now you're still d3. Also you can't use this in a higher ranks because they instantly challenge and score. Congrats, you could've just played 200 hours and you would be c1 for sure but no, learn useless stuff and say "oh no I should be gc and you don't deserve it because I can triple reset and you can't" These flashy things look good yea but get instantly shut down. I can't even flip reset properly in game (most of the time) and still am gc.
Yea the playstyle difference from c1 to c3 is insane, even though c3 is basically c1 with a little more control + less booming the ball, I have problems in c1 and can play normally in c3
I hit gc recently and now I wanted to get the champ rewards on my alt. Because it's only my barely used 2nd account, it is ranked d2/d3. Now I tried to solo q to champ (I've done that a few times before on my main) and got lobbies, which were harder then my gc lobbies. Maybe it's because they play so different from gcs and I can't adapt to their play styles or I'm just ass. But either way I can't remember d3s being so good. There's players who reset and double tap on me - the last time I was in low d3 the players flew over the easiest balls. Idk if it's just me but I have a feeling that especially diamond 3 is way harder to get out of this season.

@Dumpling589 no problem, I guess id have even more advice but I can't think properly rn😭 good luck, I'm sure you can reach d2, d3 or even c1 this season. These ranks are basically all the same, only difference is the consistency. Here's another tip: stop caring about your rank. Sounds strange but I was stuck in plat 3 back in season 4 and couldn't get out. I then started playing to win and learn and not to rank up and I got out of plat in no tine. So if you really just play to rank up rn, that's probably a big reason why you are still in d1. Imo every diamond has the potential to be champ, it's just that most of them don't want to mentally accept that they play better if they don't care about their rank👍
@antron007 I my bad, I thought you meant the tournament mmr. Yeah you're right, most players at this rank can't "think" properly when it comes to basic scenarios. I'm not saying every gold is stupid, it's just that most of them lack gamesense. This doesn't really change until you're in diamond. Before diamond, every player on the field will go for mostly every ball. If you want, we can play a few matches together so you are back in gold.
