A lot of people have asked for stats on the Fantasy RLCS game we’ve been running, so we thought we’d oblige and give you a little insight into the game.

In total, 2,609 teams were created. Of those teams, 2,168 are complete with six players chosen, 157 teams have 5 players, 159 teams have 4 players, 52 teams have 3 players, 21 teams have 2 players and 27 teams have just one player. Although we originally said we’d delete these teams, we decided to leave them in the end to see if there were any incomplete teams that could outscore full teams.

In terms of ownership, the most picked player is (perhaps predictably) Kuxir97 of FlipSid3 Tactics with 1381 owners. The least selected player with just 43 owners is Zanejackey of Take3. See below for a table with the total pick-ups of each player.

As far as regions go, 7,837 European players were picked, while North America fell slightly behind with 6,817 picks.

The total amount of ‘dollars’ spent on all players across the game was $9,951,350. Of that, a whopping $1,381,000 was spent on Kuxir97 alone.

The team RLCS Fantasy players invested most money in was reigning champions FlipSid3 Tactics coming in at $2,076,770, with G2 Esports coming in just behind at $1,729,045. Cow Nose were the team with the least money invested in them – a mere $135,225 was spent in total on Nielskoek, DanzhizzLe and Zensuz. For a full breakdown, see below.
