yeah, in 2s the defense rating has gone down, i think that is why the defense in 1s has gone extremely high.

Defending is probably my best attribute, with blocking and passing.

I solo queued from plat to champ and did just fine. In order to solo queue a lot of things need to adjust such as mentality, expectations, and even playstyle to a certain extent.

Solo queuing, in my experience, is better practice for defense and offense legitimacy, even though ones can be very annoying (I'm talking to you demoers)
